Tinkercannon Bounce / Your privacy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Overview

This policy describes how ada handles personal information in connection with Tinkercannon Bounce (the “Game”), including related support interactions. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ada.

Responsible entity: ada

Privacy contact: [email protected]

Scope: The Game and its related mobile-app services.

2. Information processed

The information involved depends on the Game's features, the services enabled, and your settings. The categories that apply to this Game are described below.

Device, gameplay and diagnostic information

When you use the Game, we may receive technical information about your device, connection and app session. This can include device manufacturer and model, operating system and browser, language and time zone, network provider and connection status, IP address, app identifier and version, distribution channel, SDK version, event timestamps, session duration, crash reports and diagnostic records. Hardware information may include processor, storage and battery usage.

Depending on your device, settings and the services involved, identifiers may include Android ID, advertising identifiers such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID, and device or network identifiers such as MAC address or IMEI.

Advertising and analytics information

Advertising and analytics services may process advertising identifiers, region or location information, device language, IP address and interactions with ads or the Game. These records help deliver and measure advertising and understand app use. Android Advertising ID is used for advertising and analytics; it is not linked by us to directly identifying information or persistent identifiers such as MAC address, IMEI or SSAID.

Integrated third-party SDKs may collect information through their own services. Their notices explain their collection, use and available controls. The partner links appear in Section 6.

Information you provide

If you contact us, the information you choose to send may include your email address, your message and any attachments. Please share only what is needed for your request.

We may also receive survey responses or feedback that you voluntarily provide. If a feature accepts user-generated content, that content is handled in connection with the terms you accept for that feature.

3. How information is used

  • Operate the Game and deliver features or assistance you request.
  • Understand use of the Game, including through aggregated analysis, and improve its performance and user experience.
  • Support advertising delivery, measurement, personalization and recommendations with our partners.
  • Handle orders or payments where those features are offered, using the information needed to fulfill the transaction.
  • Manage our relationship with you, communicate about our services, protect the service and meet legal responsibilities.

Grounds for processing

Where a legal basis is required, the basis depends on the activity: providing requested services under our agreement with you; meeting legal duties; pursuing legitimate interests such as operating and protecting the service; or obtaining consent for activities that require it, including certain advertising or cookie-related processing. This approach also applies to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Some information is needed to provide a requested feature. Without it, that feature may be unavailable. When processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.

4. Sharing information

We may disclose information to service providers and business partners that help deliver the Game, fulfill an order, support advertising or analyze usage. These recipients can include advertising networks, publishers and measurement providers. Depending on their role, partners may use information to serve ads, measure engagement and improve their own services.

Payment-related information is shared where needed to complete the requested order. Other disclosures may be made where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Third-party services have their own privacy notices. The partner directory in Section 6 provides links for learning about their practices and available privacy choices.

5. Permissions and choices

The permissions a mobile version requests depend on its features, your interactions and the operating system. A requested permission can be declined or changed through supported device controls, although a feature that needs it may stop working.

Depending on the enabled features, applicable Android permission names may include:

Device settings may let you manage app permissions and advertising preferences. Available options vary by operating system and version. Changing a permission may affect features that rely on it.

To withdraw consent or ask about advertising-related opt-outs, contact us using Section 12. You can also consult a partner's privacy notice for controls offered directly by that partner.

6. Third-party partners

Privacy information for the partners listed for the Game is available at the links below. Data processing by a partner depends on its role, the services enabled and the choices available to you.

7. Retention and security

Personal information is retained during your use of the service, including until an account is deleted following your request where an account is used, and for a further 30 days after deletion.

We take the responsible handling and protection of personal information seriously. Please contact us if you have concerns about information you have submitted or its handling by the Game.

8. Regional privacy information

California

California residents may ask about the categories and sources of personal information collected during the preceding 12 months, the purposes for using it and the categories of recipients. They may also request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions, and exercise opt-out rights relating to sale or sharing for targeted advertising.

Deletion exceptions can include information needed for security, troubleshooting, legal rights or other permitted purposes. A resident or authorized agent may submit a request to the privacy email below. Please give enough detail to identify the request and verify that it relates to your information.

Requests for disclosure may be made twice in a 12-month period. We aim to answer a verifiable request within 45 days; if an extension is needed, we will explain it, with a total response period of up to 90 days. Requests are ordinarily free, although an excessive, repeated or clearly unfounded request may attract a permitted fee explained in advance.

Exercising privacy rights will not be used as a reason to deny service or impose discriminatory pricing, quality or access.

Virginia

Virginia residents may ask whether personal information is sold or shared and request applicable opt-outs from targeted advertising, sale of personal data or certain profiling activities. Send these requests to the privacy email in Section 12.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, or complaints to a privacy authority. To make a request or ask which options apply, contact us using Section 12.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, available rights can include:

  • Accessing information held about you and requesting corrections.
  • Requesting deletion where the information is no longer needed, consent is withdrawn without another basis, or processing is otherwise subject to an applicable erasure right.
  • Restricting disputed or unlawful processing, or processing needed for a legal claim.
  • Objecting to processing where the applicable conditions are met.
  • Receiving eligible information in a portable format or requesting a technically feasible transfer.
  • Withdrawing consent and objecting to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant consequences, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Raising a concern with the relevant supervisory authority.

Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity and understand the scope of your request. Rights may be limited by legal duties, the privacy or rights of others, legal claims or other applicable exceptions. Access is generally free unless a permitted exception applies. Where required, relevant recipients will be informed of a correction, deletion or restriction unless doing so is impossible or disproportionate.

10. Children's privacy

The services are not intended for children younger than 13. We do not knowingly collect their personally identifiable information. If we learn that such information has been provided, we will remove it from our servers. Users aged 13 to 16, or their parents or guardians, may contact us about applicable opt-in choices.

A parent or guardian with a concern about a child's information can contact us using the details below.

11. Policy updates

When this policy changes, the revised version and its update date will be displayed on this page. Any additional notice or consent process that is required will depend on the change and applicable requirements.
